We want you to love your Sky Board. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 30-day window
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at TheOfficialSkyBoard@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Restocking Fee A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection and reprocessing costs.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
