Thanks for shopping with Sky Board! We want to make sure your Sky Board arrives quickly and safely, no matter where you are in the world.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and Pre Orders). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
International Shipping We ship to 58+ countries worldwide via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL Express. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Canada & Mexico: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 7–21 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
If you placed an earlier order and selected DHL e-commerce for shipping. This shipping time can take up to 20 business days depending on the location. (we no longer use DHL e-commerce)

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Sky Board has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
